I guess it's just personal preference. I don't mind the concrete ceilings. They contrast well against the nicer finishes in my opinion. Plus I'd prefer the concrete in return for 10 Ft. ceilings. Some people paint their concrete ceilings white, I'll leave mine as is.

Ah ok....well at least you'll move in when the main elements are completed.

I am surprised that a builder would charge for an undermount sink. The last 2 places I have lived in both had that as a standard feature. That being said, there are lots of things builders charge for that seem ridiculous. Even getting things NOT BUILT will sometimes cost you money.

Moving in.... Yes, actually I am moving in on July 3rd, this Thursday. I think I may be the first one moving in. Some others have had their PDI's as well, so the process has started....
