Yorkville? Have to agree, the Chaz building isn't being built in Yorkville. If anything, it's in the Church/Wellesly corridor. Sad about the original Arcade building, but if there was a fire I guess its best that it be replaced, too bad they skimped on the design. Arcade Fire? Still...

I zoomed in on it, it says donated by 45 Charles (the developer) to Bay Coverhill. I guess they did this due to the imminent demolition.
