    Saks Fifth Avenue Flagship (Queen & Yonge)

    It looks like the Louis Vuitton shop-in-shop is being installed at the corner of Yonge and Queen. Can't quite tell if there will be a separate street entrance for the shop, but the window treatment is being done in a sort of translucent fritted glass in their Damier pattern. Looks pretty good...

    This brochure for 151 Bloor includes a map of retailers along Bloor, indicating the old Guess/Porsche space to be the "Future Sephora"

    Based on those floorplans, it does appear to be the old Maison de la Presse...however the colour coding on "The Opportunities" page of the flyer seems to be mistaken, with 97 and 99 Yorkville colours incorrectly labelled.

    The ideal situation, as mentioned many times here previously, would be to move the heritage building slightly south beside the former Uptown Theatre entrance. Not sure why this hasn't been explored by the firm (maybe it has?)

    Disgusting and insulting. I suppose on the bright side, Massey Tower will hopefully be tall and striking enough to take some of the focus away from this thing in a couple of years.
