Feel free to merge/delete... but felt like this deserved a non Eaton Centre thread.

Looks like the diamond exchange building (211 yonge) has been leased; it's about 22,000 square feet of retail. Wonder who took it?

The old Buffalo outlet (corner of Yonge and Shutter is still for lease).

211 Yonge has some crappy looking basic retail, with no sign. It's so weird.

There's a sign now- the shop is called 8th & Main, I believe it's a Vancouver company and this is their first Toronto location.
