The interior art piece is a play on light and colour. I think the concept has also been incorporated into the outdoor extension. The panels are black but their reflections are red, orange, yellow and purple. Cool.

Some of the first floor podium lights were on today. I'm looking forward to seeing the larger 5th floor lights on! Also, it looks like the art installation extends outdoors. Nice touch.

Seems minor compared to the mismatched 6th floor that was appended to the building during its expansion years back. In my opinion, the reconfigured podium is much more welcoming at ground level. I could do without the glass overhang as well though. It's hard to see in my photo but the public...

Interior ceiling heights for all suites minus the penthouse levels are the following: Classic suites have 8'6" ceilings Ten York collection 9' Signature collection 10'

Penthouses aside, many new condos have less than 9 ft ceilings. Ten York is a good example where classic suites have an 8’6” ceiling height. I agree though, my guess is 10' as well.
