It looks like they are currently framing the first of the two extra height floors. Then the mechanical which looks to be the equivalent of 5 regular height floors. (this is based on the wind study model - link posted previously)

The installed base of a tower crane on the roof was visible this afternoon.

They have poured concrete slab on the entire west portion of the site.

There is some light demolition currently happening on site.

Crane dismantling is happening right now.

There was caisson machinery active on site this morning.

The planning report from July 18, 2014 lists this one as 156-174 Front St W and 43-51 Simcoe St, so unfortunately it looks like a reduction. Or hopefully a typo in the site plan approval document...

In the picture from Humber Bay shores, does it look like they are fixing the part where the slope stops and goes vertical? (he says hopefully...)

Webcam is showing a big mobile crane in the pit. For tower crane installation?

The second rooftop crane seems to be busy.

Looks like the crane dismantling is underway.

They've started cladding right up to the roof slope on the north-east corner.

The bridge actually pre-dates the Menkes project and would have been built without it. The bridge is initially designed and created for RBC Waterpark Place, the Menkes project just got in the way.
