the NXT water issues were bad. there were 4 levels of parking. i was on P2 and the walls were leaking. there were areas where water was seeping through the concrete and dripping on cars and would stain the car permanently. there were plenty of residents that couldn't use their parking spot...

how is underground parking around here? I lived in NXT and there was underground parking but when i sold my unit, it was leaky as hell and they were essentially rebuilding it. the towers southeast of it all have above grade parking. I had assumed it was because of the water table around here....

is there retail on the ground level there? for some reason that doesn't look like retail to me. If it's on the LRT route, they'll want to make every stop a destination of sorts and this podium should be all retail.

i don't know. it looks pretty ugly to me. It meets the street nicely but i don't like the residence lobby being on bloor street, it's going to kill that little area. The retail that is offered in that podium sees small and oddly shaped. Also, far too many studio units in there.
