Watching this construction from afar has been a pleasure. I worked in construction most of my life, so I'm familiar with holes, formwork and rebar. Overall, the construction sites I see on Urban Toronto are daily fascinating escapes .

I agree. This is just another tall building in the core which gives very little to the city in terms of attractive architecture. It's been all said before, time to move on, I reckon.

Even though most applaud the quality of construction materials , it won't add much to the skyline in years to come. I've always wondered why the designers didn't go a little higher with this one, but I guess skyline presence is always the prime consideration. It's a fine building.

And this is a lot more than just nice. It's spectacular.

I guess my next aircraft won't be a De Havilland. Seriously, isn't there any aerospace talent left in the GTA ? I would think that this class of employee could afford to live somewhere close to a new facility.
