I had a quick peek into the MUJI space under construction - there is a large rectangular cutout in the flooring for what would most likely be the base for an escalator. There also appears to be a 2nd floor being constructed above. I'm fairly sure that the new MUJI store will be at least 2 storeys.

It's under renovation, re-opening sometime in June I believe.

EB Games on Level 1 has suddenly closed. The hoarding says that Trade Secrets (currently next door) will be moving in after it renovates. Freshii has re-opened after their renovation. Upstairs on Level 2, the HiO pop-up shop is closing.

I think Capezio Shoes on Level 2 might be closing. They've been having a sale on everything in store for a while now and stock looks like it's dwindling.

Purdy's Chocolate will be replacing the Freshly Squeezed and Yogen Fruz shops that recently closed on Level 1, beside Mrs. Field's.

The wooden hoarding in my picture above has been removed, and the glass window panel behind has been replaced by drywall, along with what seems to be a temporary wooden door.

That's the same location where Tokyo Kitchen used to be. If they are re-opening, I hope that washrooms have been built inside the restaurant. They used to give you a key, and you had to go outside and venture up into the parking lot to use the facilities.

Caribbean Taste at 222 The Esplanade and Princess (the former Coffee Time) is closed. They suddenly shut down during the holidays with a sign saying they were under renovation until further notice. Their Yelp page says the restaurant will re-open on March 30th. I think the new FOR LEASE sign in...
