When do we have to pay the land transfer tax on this condo? I read it is at the time the "transfer" is registered. Not sure what exactly that means in terms of new condo lingo. Any thoughts?

It does, but we are getting a second car since we both need to commute by car. I think purchasing another spot may be the last resort since I'm guessing it will be a fairly substantial amount. Looking to rent at a reasonable price first if possible.

Weird... My sister just went to pick her designs yesterday and said the move in date is still Late May/early June. Is this right? She's at M1, 8th floor I believe.

I heard that they should be done in May/June 2010. I guess it all depends on when they finish the exterior and windows so they can start working on the interior.

I heard this place was sold out on the brokers VIP day as there was nothing left for the general public. I bet they're going to revamp the whole area and now that Fairview is renovating, it's definately a very convenient location.
