They do...it's the inconsiderate cyclists and rollerbladers that don't understand this. That's quite a stretch. They're not in or on a vehical, they're pedestrians. How do you determine if someone is jogging or just walking fast? Should we have speed traps set up for them?

You keep saying that, as they add more and more stuff to the building. If it's primer, why is it so glossy? If it's primer, it needs to be redone, as it's chipping off. The point of primer is to provide a solid base for another coating...this point seems to be missed here.
