I visited their website and all it says is "The vibe of South Beach comes alive at Park Lawn and Lakeshore." There is no map to pin point the location. The renderings are the same as before except for a couple new ones that show the towers near the lake... How can they build the same exact...

I am not sure that you can cancel the contract just because the project is delayed. You'll have to check your agreement and see if there were any clauses regarding delays (they do a very good job in covering their butts!)

Downtown Kitchener has really come along way since my High School days in St. Marys back when it was in dt. I used to try to avoid driving through Kitchener dt every time I visit but maybe I should stop by the next time I`m in town.

Thanks for the reply DT but if you are buying pre-construction how would you know the quality of the materials being used? Would you go by previous projects built by the architect or the developer? Who has a greater control over the specs/building details for the project?
