    Toronto Aquabella at Bayside | 50.9m | 14s | Tridel | 3XN

From the Tridel webcam. Starting to see a more completed look as they continue to install the cladding for the shadow box design.

    Toronto Bianca Condos | 37.79m | 9s | Tridel | Teeple Architects

This side reminds me of the back of a Christmas tree.... Other than that, solid build IMO.

    Toronto Aquabella at Bayside | 50.9m | 14s | Tridel | 3XN

What material would you recommend? IMO, I think the timeline has more to do with the design vs. the materials. This build is def not the average cookie cutter condo and this project is only 6 months or so off from their initial occupancy dates. Even if there wasn't a pandemic, that's pretty dam...

    Toronto Yonge & Rich Condominiums | 156.35m | 46s | Great Gulf | a—A

I disagree. I pass by daily and it sucks the life out of the street. Horrible addition to the city.

    Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Which ones exactly? Aren't many still standing from that particular picture? Outside of the fishing ports (which don't look all that impressive...).

    Toronto Aqualina at Bayside | 47.85m | 13s | Tridel | Arquitectonica

It's a lot more appealing than QQE itself.

    Toronto Aqualina at Bayside | 47.85m | 13s | Tridel | Arquitectonica

The refreshed Scotia branding is lovely. Thankfully this isn't an ugly CIBC branch....

    Toronto Aquabella at Bayside | 50.9m | 14s | Tridel | 3XN

Wow, this project just keeps looking better and better. Can't wait to see how this shapes up by the summer.

    Toronto The Well | 174.03m | 46s | RioCan | Hariri Pontarini

This still happens, it all depends on the build. If anything, this choice of application is longer lasting and easier to maintain.

Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts (The Daniels Corporation) - Real Estate -

I feel like this should be in the real estate thread, no? Not sure what this has to do with construction.

    Toronto St Lawrence Condos at 158 Front | 91.44m | 26s | Cityzen | a—A

This is gonna be like beauty and the beast when looking across the street at 'Time & Space'.

    Toronto CIBC SQUARE | 241.39m | 50s | Hines | WilkinsonEyre

Are we sure this is the finished product? I assume they'd be more focused on using their efforts to finalize the tower for CIBC.

    Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Maybe the towers will help distract the view of the highway?

Loblaws Redevelopment (10 Lower Jarvis Street, Choice Properties REIT, ?s, ?)

The No Frills up on Front East is also super close for Bayside.

Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts (The Daniels Corporation) - Real Estate -

Not surprised. Most condos that just register go through a period with high sales and leases. That, combined with the implications of COVID created the perfect storm across most developments.

    Toronto Via Bloor | 138.37m | 46s | Tridel | a—A

I assume you also complain about gardens too....

    Toronto Aquabella at Bayside | 50.9m | 14s | Tridel | 3XN

You don't see this kind of detail on many buildings anymore. It's crazy how much work they're putting into the exterior of this low-rise.
