Wonderful news! I can't belive in is happening for real. I should pinch myself.. Even an empty parking lot is still better , than this drab strip plaza, which should not be allowed to be bilt anywhere , let alone in Downtown stretch of Yonge Street, in the first place, for sure!

I'm totally agree with you. This area is commercial/industrial. Residential development looks out of place here.I would prefer an empty fields for such kind of a project...

Vaughan Metro. Centre The site has been fenced off about 2 weeks ago and additional billboards are being erected though...

Not only this plan is not scrapped , but a huge billboard with ithe picture of proposed towers has been erected not long ago on the proposed costruction site along Hgw.7 just east of Jane St.

In my opinion the most logical next TO supertall should be so called Signature Tower of the City Place( right next to the Rogers Center ( Sky Dome)...

coat of paint In most cases coat of frsh paint will do the job. Althouh total restoration / renovation would be fantastic! How about to bring down this idea to upcoming City Hall elected officials?

Buldings renovation In some places local municipality renovates neglected buildings and after that send the bill to their propriators. Why not here at least in Downtown Toronto?

Street improvements The Dundas St. West by the AGO ( along with the surrounded area) should stand , in my opinion , first in the line up for major street improvements.
