height reduction I far as I'm in concern , any reduction in overall height of this project would make it totally unworkable from economical as well as aesthetical point of view...

strret wall ...But I still would prefer to build up the empty lots ( parking or others) & run down areas of Downtown first and to think about demolition of not so many remaining well preserved street wall streches of this town later...

Significant legacy Yes it is significant for Toronto . There are not many like them were ever bilt in this town , let alone remain till today. By the way the POW Theatre would be a great loss too ...

Yonge Street ...But, the realistic way to save the most ( there may be some exceptions ) of whatever deserves to be saved is to use them as a podiums for the new highrise developments...
