I would take the Success tower height to be wrong as this was before the height increase. I dont think anyone here knows it for sure. The height for the fourth tower should be good. I will change the name for the fourth tower on the 400 ft. list.
A tower selling well is great. A developer not getting financing is another story. The difference here is that Lanterra has a well known name and proven track record. Bazis did not.

But didn't they try and get donations to help fix up the Sony centre? I figure they would only have resorted to pairing with a developer because the city and province weren't going to step in. What choice do they have unless Hume has the money to help them.
They have been writing 49 floors in these articles even when the planning application was going through as 57 floors. I'm not sure how accurate the article is.
