I stopped in at the sales office today and talked to the receptionist who confirmed that. In fact, they had the gates locked up 2 weeks ago and told not to park there anymore which suggested something. They have since allowed the sales staff to park on the site again for a short duration...

Looks like the construction trailer and toilets have been parked on the south side of the property. Were these always here or have they just arrived? Power is hooked up to them as well.

I personally like the look of this building. To each their own!!

Taking down of the crane Managed to take some of these photos yesterday morning.

I was told construction will start within a couple of weeks. The problem is they need to move the sales office and are having a problem finding a suitable location. They are 75% sold now.

And let's not forget the dirty and painted panels on the balconies. It would have made sense to clean them before the pool area is used. Looks like there is cement stuck on the glass in some areas as well.

I'm glad to say that customer care has taken care of all of my unit deficiencies except for the hardwood floor issues. They did an amazing job on the ceramics and general touch-ups.

I'm glad to say they have fixed most of the ceramic problems for me. They will be installing a new shower stall floor ontop of the existing (they claim it will be fine) and hopefully square to the wall this time. As for the wood floors, I checked out unit 611 today (open house). Those floors...

Nothing too visible from my unit but I'm sure the intensity of the heat would cause some structural concerns? I just couldn't believe how high the flames got and how the fire fighters were right in there battling the flames. You could see their flashlights once the flames were doused.
