How much did you guys pay for your gas line option on the balcony?

I thought it already registered I've been seeing units being advertised on MLS

Okay so has anyone here actually experienced living below someone with conrcrete floors above them besides Daveto? Or are people just assuming its going to annoying to those below. Because concrete floors do come as an option or as a standard in some condos.

The building comes with standard engineered hardwood floors...so I guess we'll have to see if they're willing do polished concrete instead of the hardwood.

Just wondering if anyone has gone with the sealed and polished concrete floors option in their unit. I know some buildings lately are coming like this standard. But For those who got this as an option from the developer or got this done from a private contractor, how much did it cost you...

Yes, believe it or not some brokers/agents actually look out for YOUR best interests.

Same unit but on the 7th floor with parking, sold for $430K about 2-3 weeks ago iirc

I think $500 psf is good considering whats selling now in that area. There are those who will pay for location and view do not matter to them. I saw 650 sq/ft unit at the hudson with no parking/locker on the 5th floor facing south, king st. view going for $400K.

I'd rather have it registered ASAP to avoid paying Occupancy Fees since we're forced to pay it and it goes towards NOTHING.

Don't quote me on this but I was told that the floor premiums were about $5000 each for units with an East view on high floors.

Developers were marketing their units to brokers and agents because it was more cost efficient. All they had to do was send a few letters and emails. Marketing to the public would take a lot more effort i'm assuming. Can we compare this situation to a manufacturer - distributor -...

There are those who only look at the quantitative value, for instance price per square foot. You can't compare price/sqft with a unit on the 2nd floor and a unit on a higher floor. The higher you go the more it will cost. Also they are only looking at the square footage how about parking and...
