Sealed and Polished Concrete Floors, How much?

Okay so has anyone here actually experienced living below someone with conrcrete floors above them besides Daveto? Or are people just assuming its going to annoying to those below. Because concrete floors do come as an option or as a standard in some condos.

Sealed and Polished Concrete Floors, How much?

The building comes with standard engineered hardwood floors...so I guess we'll have to see if they're willing do polished concrete instead of the hardwood.

Sealed and Polished Concrete Floors, How much?

Just wondering if anyone has gone with the sealed and polished concrete floors option in their unit. I know some buildings lately are coming like this standard. But For those who got this as an option from the developer or got this done from a private contractor, how much did it cost you...

M5V Life Condos (TAS DesignBuild, Lifetime Developments) - Real Estate -

I think $500 psf is good considering whats selling now in that area. There are those who will pay for location and view do not matter to them. I saw 650 sq/ft unit at the hudson with no parking/locker on the 5th floor facing south, king st. view going for $400K.

London on the Esplanade Condos (Cityzen) - Real Estate -

I'd rather have it registered ASAP to avoid paying Occupancy Fees since we're forced to pay it and it goes towards NOTHING.

X2 Condos (Great Gulf Homes/Lifetime Developments) - Real Estate -

not sure what you're confused about the end users or in this case public will get a marked up price. I'm comparing brokers and agents as distributors and the developers as the manufacturers. I guess they could have allowed all to purchase these units and not only brokers and agents. At the...

X2 Condos (Great Gulf Homes/Lifetime Developments) - Real Estate -

Developers were marketing their units to brokers and agents because it was more cost efficient. All they had to do was send a few letters and emails. Marketing to the public would take a lot more effort i'm assuming. Can we compare this situation to a manufacturer - distributor -...

This happens all the time if you live in a capitalist country we live in. Supply and demand. People flip things from PS3s to Burgers.... If people are willing to pay for it then let them.

Waterscapes at Waterview Condos (Monarch Group) - Real Estate -

There are those who only look at the quantitative value, for instance price per square foot. You can't compare price/sqft with a unit on the 2nd floor and a unit on a higher floor.
