What I don't understand is this: Why are all these people so excited to be seen in pictures with Rob Ford? It's been going on for a while now and I never could wrap my head around it - are they all just intoxicated by other people with a certain level of fame?

Rob Ford would fit (pun intended) into that type of show... but with his family being the way that it is, why not include them too? Sort of a Honey Boo Boo format where the follow the whole messed up gaggle around with cameras.

Frankly, I'm glad that Peepers is gone (I can only hope he is never unbanned). While I enjoy sites that have diversity, I can't stand ones that allow bigots a platform to spread their vile messages. And Peepers used UT in such a manner... so I say 'good job' to the mods who made the right...

Agreed. Zero percent chance that he'd resign... and maybe a 2% chance that he'd take a temporary leave of absence for 'personal reasons'. But he isn't giving up the job - no way in hell. The only way to get rid of him is for the voters to do so.

Is it possible that it was an honest mistake? Sure, it's in the realm of possibility. But given the fact that Mr. Boodowleh has, multiple times, given police false names, I think 'oops' can be safely ruled out. Someone who is willing to do a thing like that tends to keep going to that well.
