Well, at least the $/sqft is, lol! Prices in TO dtown/Yonge line are crazy. Still, Casa seems nice.

How much more can it seriously cost to have a decent vs no-frills gym? If one is buying an upscale condo, I'm sure they'd expect something decent. Besides, that's one main point of living in a condo, to have amenities, whatever they are.

Hey guys. Just wondering if you are still happy w/ your purchase and if there were any PDI issues or other prbs that needed to be addressed? Did the developer handle them promptly and did they seem attentive to your needs?

I'm curious: why is Naveen's developer offering to do repairs in November(!) when I assume that these prbs are happening now? Do they take that long to repair defects?
