Nice list. I also heard of a project for the SW corner of Roehampton and Mt. Pleasant. Pretty much every low-rise structure left in that section is inevitable for future development.
This is a pretty significant parking lot so nice opportunity to add a substantial building here. I can picture learning space in the lower section, and several towers housing student residences above.
Ryerson purchasing both these parking lots is great news. Further enhancing the street wall of this stretch. Dundas East, between Church and Jarvis, will gradually come together.
Hopefully we get some quality retail at the base. More restaurants would be nice. Dundas b/w Bay and University has seen an increase in pedestrian activity in recent years with all these new eateries opening.
Nice 3D model insertnamehere. We'll also likely see more development at Y/E, north of Eglinton. I also wonder what's the status of that stale proposal at Eglinton/Duplex.
Yonge & College is becoming quite dense with all these projects in the pipeline. This will further help fill in the gaps in the urban fabric of the area.
