Thanks for the photos but doesn't really deserve the term BRT it seems. I'd think more the Viva Highway 7 or Mississauga Transitway or Ottawa Transitway for BRT.

I like the much more than the old ones. They can be cramped in the 2-2 seat areas, but since it's low-floor what can you do. I like the open areas near the door. Combined with POP the Spadina line is much more effective at large crowds moving in & out of the vehicles now.

Anyone who has driven on Spadina & Eglinton knows there's a huge difference between middle-of-road transit in those two environments. Much wider stop spacing, traffic lights & intersections are further apart, wider road with higher speed limits etc. Re: freezing, most downtowners freeze walking...

During that talk Jarrett Walker emphasized continuous grid networks and specifically mentioned he'd like to see Eglinton Crosstown extended. Looks like Tory took that advice.
