Actually my suggestion regarding the renaming of Nathan Phillips Square was done to get a rise out of people as I was offended by the light hearted, even hopeful, posts regarding Rob Ford immanent demise. I do find it intesting on a board such as this, that to my eyes leans heavily to the left...

Even being as cynical as I am it is difficult for me to see people on here almost relishing Rob Fords imminent demise. I'm not sure I would feel that way towards anyone in this situation (although should Kathleen Wynne come to be in this situation that theory will be tested).

I think what gets to a lot of people, myself included, is the constant barrage of criticism of a given project. Posting a single negative post is fine but after that why not move on? If you are hoping the development will improve as things progress then maybe you should hold back your opinion...
