I don't think they're just demolishing it. As I mentioned a few pages back, if you look at the pdf, although difficult to see due to the quality, it looks like they are taking 118 Yonge, disassembling it, and mirroring it so as to replace 132 Yonge. It seems that they are removing the Holt Renfrew building, and then mirroring it to the North. If you look at the rendering, even though its a pretty bad reproduction, you can make out the 'spires' from the adelaide facade I think. and the Yonge facade stays on Yonge.
