I feel the same. It seems like the builders are abandoning this project. I always see max 3 people working and 2 just standing and looking around. I had the same type of homes near my house, they are almost complete and ready to close.

I think with the way the inflation is going, the maintance going up doesn't surprise me. Vandyk also need to cover their cost of all the delays and how expense things got during and after the pandemic. Vandyk is well know company, this isn't their first project, I don't think they will cancel...

For sure! When it comes to prices, it was definitely a good deal. It was little costly back than but the market went up since than. My friend definitely regrets not buying one when she saw how much these units go for now. I ain't backing off. I'm thinking of this as like a locked in investing...

Taking action against the builders is hard as they will definitely use covid/lockdown as a excuse as it was 'beyond their control' which made them delay the project. I agree with you, I'm frustrated too 😔

Exactly what I thought when I saw it. Don't think much will happen in 2023. Most likely end of 2024. 😔Let's see what the upcoming letter will say.
