Yeah, Oakville is a huge mess any time of the day, let alone during rush hour. The problem as I see it is that very few people are looking to go left on Cross. Everyone wants to turn right, towards Trafalgar.

Because the traffic isn't already bad enough, let's tear down the only expressway through downtown Toronto! If you beautify the existing structure in a way that will be attractive to the eye in the long-term, I'd prefer that option. The ideal solution is to bury it, but of course that costs...

Can the Eglinton LRT be converted to a subway at a later date if necessary?

Thanks for the pictures, although they still leave a somewhat bitter feeling in my gut, seeing the Gardens torn apart like that. Oh well... what can you do...

Can I ask, and perhaps I'm being controversial, but who gives a flying you-know-what about the handrails? It isn't like they are installing bright pink ones. The new ones compliment the roof just fine, guarantee you that 99.9% of the tourists really won't notice a difference.

While it is still up, it is in pretty rough shape right now. Looks like they are in the process of doing something, maybe slowly stripping it down?

Can someone explain to me why the Georgetown line is projected to be the first to be electrified? Because for the life of me, I can't figure out a logical reason why it should get priority over the Lakeshore lines.
