Today, I read an article in the Toronto Star... The One has $1.9 B in hole! It does not look good. I think it's very slow to build up because they have to pay the pick up for more crane additional to make it higher, pay to the deliveries, pay to the policemen to control the street, pay to...
That seems odd because these two cranes did not go up for several months or more. Now the crane operators could have the difficult in navigating above the ground level. I think that they are in a poor management. Do you think so?
Oh yes, I remembered that the unfinished six storey concrete for 15 years. I often walked or biked around that area. Even the two crane sat for a long time then removed. I liked that kind of that tall pointed spire roof in the modern time. Oh well. Also, we did not see any new office buildings...
I understand. I cannot imagine about the the L tower had the stuck with the ugly tower for the years till finally removed it in late 2018 or early 2019. Those L tenants must be angry to pay for it. Right?
Do you think that the City of Toronto may consider to give them an approval to get more few stories before 105? I hope that it will be the last one. There are too many tall towers to cover the financial district area because they are the legends of 1965 and 1990.
Just found out that the status from yellow as "on hold" to green as under construction indicates in the Skyscraperpage website. I would like to see any new pictures of that tower with two cranes.... Would you please do that? :-)
