I found out this weekend that notices are being mailed to Phase 2 purchasers this week regarding a 4 month delay. That would put the occupancy date at Aug. 2012.
The delays seem to be related to the common areas/amenities. So I am clinging on to the hope that by the time Phase 2 is ready, the amenities will be finished and they will not cause a delay. However, having seen the delay notices for Phase 1, I do not see how they can meet the as yet still...
2 weeks ago rep told us that we will be called to pick finishes mid to end of September (we are on 3rd floor Phase 2). Also learned that retail will be finished by end of October, which is when they are moving the sales centre into the retail area.
I noticed that they posted a 'Construction Gallery' section on the official site. It seems to get updated about once every two weeks.

The Lido view estimation will take a bit more time to do than for the Biltmore since a lot more of the view will be blocked by buildings which are closer to SoBe than the Marine Parade buildings.
