The presentation centre has been demolished so that they can build. That's great news, especially for those of us in SB2!

Was there over the weekend - June 5th.
Sales centre is pretty much all gone - there are approximately 20 units lefts... I think like 3-4 in phase 1 and 15ish in phase 2.
They finished the second floor, and some parts of the third floor were already up.
Apparently they are 4 months ahead of construction. The second phase will start building in a couple months.
Averaging 1 floor per week.

Was down by parklawn and lakeshore last night to watch the fireworks for canada day.
Phase 1 is already atleast on the 7th or 8th floor.
Weather on our side they could have phase one standing full by october or november.
any other updates??

I was there a few days ago, they are currently working on the 7th floor. I have pics of the views of the south western viewpoint on 3rd floor. PM if u wish to see them.
