This project is not to be confused with 2451 St Clair Avenue West, also a 6-storey proposal designed by Smart Density. This one is still pending CoA approval (currently deferred).

@AlbertC your above post was moved from the 2455 St Clair W thread. They are both 6 storey proposals designed by Smart Density but are in fact separate proposals with separate proponents. This one (2451) was approved by the CoA in Jan 2025.
