Exactly! Like for how long do we have to wait to get an answer. There are people currently renting and waiting for their house to get built. Such a lost of investment and time 😠

If we have to pay more for this project, I think everyone will just take their deposit back and invest with a different builder cause of the bad experience we had. What's to say we pay more and in next 5 years they cancel again. Not worth the risk of investing. I'm not giving a penny more to...

Not buying anything from Vandyk that's for sure. I'll most likely use it as downpayment on another house, not Pre-Construction though.

There is a building getting built by my house. I go past it every week and the construction is quite amazing. There is always something new built every week and it's a high building too with underground parking. I regret investing in this instead of that. I'm not very hopeful with this...
