PDI and took the opportunity to take a few snaps while inside. I'm sure by the time you go, it will be more complete, the lobby will need to be nearly complete by the time occupancy occurs.

Oh great. My occupancy date is May 31 and we have not heard about a PDI date yet. How far in advance of your occupancy was your PDI?

You should be receiving an email in two to three weeks about your PDI - it comes from a 3rd party company that works with the developer.

Hey, were you able to sell your unit on assignment for Reunion crossing? we might be considering doing the same, and just wondering if you had already gone through the process. i am aware that the developer does not allow owners to list their units publicly until after the occupancy. let me know!

We did not. I think we're going to hold onto it asa principle residence, then move another year and maybe hold onto it as a rental. Curious if you get an estimated value on resale though. I really want to know what our unit is worth.

strict guidelines exist at different levels of government for such a project.
I would not publicly make such an association, especially since the developer is private and separate from the institution.

This is all in public filings and all I am doing is sharing it with community members on the forum... What is wrong with that? I am not making up information or spreading fake news. These are all facts that can be found in filings.

Hi welkie, I found your comment from November 28, 2019 about the cramped sidewalk conditions on north side of St. Clair West, running east of Bathurst St.. Have you had concerns about walking along that north strip going to the TTC or Loblaws in the winter with ice and/or snow conditions? Any problem with the grade of the sidewalk around the old gas station site?
Hi Steve. Love the 3D models. Just an FYI. I noticed you still show 64 Prince Arthur as "proposed". That development was turned down at LPAT (OLT), so as of now there is no proposal for that site. Best.
