I purchased a condo in the last tower (Edge Towers/Solmar) and they have provided a new and updated occupancy date of Jan 30th 2026. I was supposed to get it this October 2024. Based on your expertise and research on both the first two tower developments, do you think the new occupancy date they have provided me is accurate or do you think there will be further delays.

With all the construction projects going on right now, which are you most looking forward to seeing the final completion of? Mine is probably Sick Kids. The entire block is eventually going to be redeveloped. The amount of work they do for the children is incredible and as our population increases, this is going to be a more demanding institution for kids.

Can anyone shed a light in to what is really going on with Uptown Heart lake, Brampton project? Are we going to get our deposit back or are they trying to find a builder to build the project? Hi Koops love the work you did on the BMO tower on Skyscraperpage illustration page. But I think bank's hieght should be at 978 feet not 958 if I'm not mistaken. Again keep up the good work see ya!

Hey Harley. Thinking we should get together sometime to come up with a plan to build the site, divide up the work so we don't overlap. We're both very busy, so not sure when we'd have time to do that, but something to think about.
