Five or 6 consecutive stores on Yonge, south of Melrose are being gutted. Does anyone know the new tenant(s)?

Nevermind. I just found the answer to my own question...
"The Subject Property is located on the west side of Yonge Street, mid-block between St. Germain Avenue (at the south) and Melrose Avenue (at the north). It abuts a rear, public lane running parallel to Yonge Street. The Applicant/Appellant proposes to demolish the existing structures and replace them with a 3-storey, mixed-use, retail/office building. A Shoppers Drug Mart store would occupy the main and second floors, and medical offices would occupy the third."
