The OCAD addition was such an important moment for Toronto. It started a civic dialogue and debate about design and architecture, and more importantly, sparked interest in the field.

Too bad he didn't get the budget to implement the original proposal - which was far more audacious. At least we got at least two other extant samples of his work (Finch West and Pioneer Village stations)

Didn't forget - that's why it's "at least two other" because I wasn't sure about the status of that one.
