Why does every condo newspaper ad have a photo of a woman having an orgasm?

Why is it that people keep saying that 10% of the general population is gay when the number is actually somewhere between 1% and 4% (I'm talking about people who identify as being gay, not one off experiences and experimentation). Before you call me homophobic, I can assure you I am not, I just want to get that demographics correct. You can check many online sources such as wikipedia.

They are drawing an obvious parallel - trophy home, trophy wife? If the condo is orgasmic, the owner is too? It is insufferable. My impresssion has been of cool, aloof, women gazing from the back of limos waiting for a white glove to open the door. Literally, this covers most of the imagery.

Many of the sexualized women in condo ads are basically saying "F*ck you/F*ck me." Irresistible to straight men and women alike. Gay men, less so. Lesbians, forget it.

This is probably the most compelling condo ad for the gays. She's edgy, dykie, doin' her own thing. Delicious. There's a hot male counterpart too. Impossible to find online, tellingly.
