Not sure of the name of this rental building going up on Lillian street, south of Eglinton Ave.

this rental building is being developed by 'Vertica Residents Services' and marketed as Vivere, website below:

http://www.vertica.ca/vivere/

Scheduled to open in Fall 2009, vivere is a brand new 10 storey building with 141 suites...

nothing too particularly interesting, simply another infill/intensification of an 'towers in the park' site where an older apartment sits ... similar idea behind 83 Redpath and The Dunfield

I checked the floorplans out and it's interesting that these units seem larger than the posted square footage, vs condos where the units end up being SMALLER ... hmmm
