Amazing photos, that's cassiusa! I'm loving RoCP and Spire. I think Context surfaced the underside of the balcony slabs at Radio City, hopefully they do so at Spire also

Thanks Cass. You captured the projects from virtually every possible angle. I'm loving all of them, but the blank concrete walls on Element are the only concern.

Battery Park is located in Libery Village - King West

As far as the blank wall on Element, I'm pretty sure that's because the remainder of that parking lot will also be developed at some point.

this may have been mentioned else where but the glass at the top of ROCP looks much different than in the renderings. I thought it was supposed to look like a glass tower emerging from the cladding at lower levels but it looks like they are just using the same cladding all the way up.

I never said I took a pic of the AGO... I remember AGO coming up in conversation but didn't say I had taken any pictures.

That's not quite true. The glass towards the top does change colours. It seems to go to a lighter blue (most obvious on upper floors towards the middle of the tower horizontally). I've noticed they've been stuck on that same top floor for cladding and glass close to a month now. I think once they start working on the next floor of glass/cladding, the colour difference will be much more noticeable.

On a related note, I counted 49 floors on RoCP - just a few more to go. RoCP 2 is also at ground level now.

Element's blank concrete walls are no cause for concern... if a builder goes within a a certain distance to the property line they must do that since another development will be going up beside Element in the near future.
