My recollection was that they were going to put in faux vitrolite. Is that what you're seeing?

They have (slowly) been putting up new (replacement) panels at both Queens Park & St Patrick Stations for at least 18 months. Looks similar to what was there before, but cleaner!

I would express disappointment overall.........this was an extremely expensive reno, and has taken years, but i think it will leave us with a station that aesthetically, is at best, no better than it was, may arguably be worse.

Was a lot of the time not spent doing asbestos abatement here? Doesn't excuse the amount of time that it has taken to get the paneling back up though.

Need I remind about that abhorrent proposal from the Toronto Community Foundation back in the late 2000's that would have seen the station turned into this... At least we didn't end up with that as much as the status quo is quite meh.

I think the 'one on the left' are actually new ones that were installed 6+ months ago and now need a good scrubbing. I think they removed ALL the old 'tiles' at St Patrick.

Oh my! I don't spend a lot of time at St. Patrick or Osgoode (though have recently). So I missed the point the old tiles came out. The shiny silver lattice at Osgoode that shines from behind of the new "tiles" there though is interesting - but perhaps not intended?

They have moved something on the west end that allows you to view the new terminal as it comes out of the ground. Galazing is being installed for the new entrance. They have closed the west sidewalk in the area and are forcing pedestrians to use the east sidewalk.
