It coming through Council since the City is funding it. The City has to build the new QQE or have Waterfront do it on the city dime.Nothing on funding for Queens Quay East LRT, surely it would appear here?

So many interesting things, Capital Budget and 15-year Plan cont'd
Big notes here, TTC moving to serious explore St. George Station expansion on a scale comparable to Bloor-Yonge;
Also, Expansion of the King Station concourse and a second exit for St. Andrew

Also of note, finalization of easement at the Crossways for Dundas West is marked 2022
Speaking of which, the TTC has a list of properties to work with CreateTO on City-Building.
It includes much of what is above the deck over the Line 1 open cut (just of Summerhill to just south of St. Clair Stations). Also 2 more sites at Yonge/Bloor (in addition to 2 Bloor East/HBC Centre); and Crossways.

Phew, done Capital, for now.
Interesting, the St. George Station stacked expansion is funded - can't imagine it is something nearly as expansive as the Y/B work, or we would have for sure heard about it.

I'll see if I can't dig up the numbers.......
But my understanding is it is comparable to Bloor-Yonge.........and the price tag has a B
2 new platforms, and a concourse expansion, plus 3 or more new elevators

I wonder if they've looked into building over track around Davisville (and other open air sections)? Their has been proposals for the Davisville area. CreateTO could use the air rights above TTC tracks to secure more affordable housing along all appropriate open sections of subway track.
Yet the NIMBYs near the proposed Royal Orchard Station for the North Yonge extension are upset that tunnels for their subway would dare be a minimum depth of 21 metres and as deep as 50 metres below the surface below them.I wonder if they've looked into building over track around Davisville (and other open air sections)?
