The facade is striking with the bold geometric forms, confident metropolitan terracing and sophisticated materials like two kinds of natural stone and floor-to-ceiling glass. But I wonder how these townhouses fit into this streetscape of modest homes like the simple brick semis next door.

Those are something else indeed. I wonder how hard it is to find buyers for something of that size and cost in that neighbourhood. Maybe they'll become offices?
