It would be worthwhile. The case for WZMH is compelling because they worked on the CN Tower, Scotia Plaza and Royal Bank Plaza.
I wouldn't identify WZMH with the CN Tower any more than I'd identify Bregman & Hamann with the TD Centre. And rating on the curve, I wouldn't consider something like Bay-Adelaide marking a significant "comedown" from their past oeuvre, or at least their Scotia Plaza-era oeuvre--basically, we're talking about straightforward corporate commercial a notch above standard spec-level.
Perhaps if we're talking about the Inn On The Park-era heirs-to-Dickinson (and that buzz arguably endured as late as Royal Bank Plaza), maybe I'd be inclined to agree..
