I was wondering when this will happened. I was caught off guard when I walked passed this weekend and saw the crane finally installed.

Something must have happen for this tower not to be at grade right now! But it looks like they're going down about six storeys in the middle of the pit. just by counting the staircase scaffolds seen in the photos up above! That pretty deep to put in a 250 to 300m tower in lol!

The new info updated and taken from the minor variance. The total storey changed from 35 storeys to 38 storeys. Total height changed from 121.30m to 130.70m. The total unit count changed from 304 units to 335 units. Finally, the total parking space was reduced from 155 parking to 150 parking.
