Toronto X2 Condominiums | 160.93m | 49s | Lifetime | Wallman Architects

According to this marketing package from Great Gulf, looks like a Rabba and the cleaners are coming along with two others

Not sure how old this is, but hope that is still the plan

Glad to see that the cleaners is relegated to a small unit on Charles Street. Don't mind the Rabba's. Some good frontage on Jarvis still available.

Moving trucks are very frequent now as the building fills up.

Last I checked there were 41 for sale and 36 for rent.

it seems like this building is also suffering from the same disjointed mechanical PH glass issue as some of the notable buildings such as Theatre Park and Absolute.

…well sure, other than the fact that the mechanical is actually pretty cool here.

I still like the simplicity of the mech on X more.

Same here. The change in glazing type for the mechanicals on X2 makes it look top-heavy and less sleek than it could be. The vertical lines of the tower are so strong and then they went and made the mechanicals contradict the tower a bit.

I've never taken issue with the mechanicals on X, though, despite the change from what was originally depicted for that project.
