According to the sales rep, excavations have stopped for the winter and will resume in Spring 2016. and construction is planned for fall of this year.

And they're well under construction… (from a few evenings ago)

That last one (sorry about the limited light in all of these) shows the flat blank brick wall facing the plaza to the south. There's a similar wall on the west side separating the townhome complex from industrial buildings (mostly warehouses) adjacent to that side.

A week later and…

above, a no inconsiderable sound wall is starting to go in. That's going to be so tall, it begs the question why they didn't just add another windowless townhome onto that long line?
