with the crazy over priced pre construction pricing builders are asking , might be a better idea to buy the other almost built Tridel condos next to Islington subway

The taller tower is a 27 storey rental building to be known as 60 Central Park by Hollyburn Properties. Completion is expected for 2024.

The cluster of trailers on the grassy area has been there since at least the summer that I can recall. Not sure if it is project related or what. Hopefully there will be some shovels in the ground soon.

Trailers were moved last week, and Tenant parking has been removed. I'm expecting them to cordon off the site soon.
