New rendering updated in the database. Project information changes are the following:
Total heights were reduced from 52.15m and 46.02m to 46.51m and 40.51m respectively.
Total building storey counts remained the same at 14 and 12 storeys respectively.
Total unit count increased from 320 to 345 units .
Total parking spaces decreased from 226 parking spaces to 189 parking spaces.

@Art Tsai will post the new rendering shortly.

One minor update as of May 05! The overall building heights & overall storey count all remain the same. Even the total unit count also remains the same. The minor change is the total parking spaces increased from 189 parking spaces to 227 parking spaces.
 
This was probably asked earlier but are they restoring the historic building in front as part of this project or is that separate ?
