I find this is very interesting and a refreshing use of an area that has been so long neglected . This commercial areas combined with the bentway will enhance rathe than stymy the experience under the Gardiner. Also to begin a sentence when responding to someone's opinion with 'No' is well.... 'annoing'

Totally agree, but it's still patently ridiculous that there are going to be 26 surface parking spots here. SMDH.
