If the balconies don't save this exterior, I don't know what will. This is shaping up to be worst looking build this side of Square One. Daniels should be reminded once again that spandrel saturated 'blighthouses' do as much for curb side appeal as it does for the developer's reputation, no matter how diminished.

In contrast, the interior design will surely make a better effort in meeting client expectations (one would hope), therefore I feel less sorry for those that will live in it, than for those who must live across the street from it.

PSV 1 and 2 are pretty awful, too, with their clunky, mismatched lines of alternating white concrete and charcoal grey spandrel. These tall obscenities are a blight on an otherwise dignified, if not spectacular, Mississauga skyline.
