Most definitely condos. I remember when it and the building across the street from it both became condo projects. People were saying it was the end of downtown office space. Ha!
 
Neat little thing I hadn’t noticed until today: the podium doesn’t actually line up perfectly parallel to the street, which I quite like and wished we had more of. You can see in this photo that it’s slightly “ajar.”
